My name is Raynie and I am playing FFXIV since Nov. 2020.
I'm from Light - Twintania and have always had interest in the creative aspects of the game such as housing. I used to change my personal house every so often (and still do) and eventually friends asked me if I could design their houses as well which eventually inspired me to take Commissions. So here I am!

Gil-Prices are full service
€ prices are only for a .json file + list to use with makeplaceif your request is more complicated or requires a lot of very expensive items, the price may be higher. i will of course negotiate this with you beforehand.
Terms of Service
i do not do venue designs
i can only accept Gil Payment on the Chaos | Light Datacenters. If this isn't suitable for you, we can discuss different payment methods.
50% of the Comission Price will be paid beforehand and 50% when the design is finished unless discussed differently.
if you decide to break the contract or whatsoever and I already started on the commission, there will be no refund for the first payment.
keep in mind that every designer has a certain style. You can see mine in my portfolio. I can follow your wishes and try my best, but my style will always be somewhat visible!
i will discuss details with you thoroughly before hand & you must provide inspiration pictures -
however I can not copy things exactly as shown, but only try my best.
the duration of the Commission can vary and depends on how busy I currently am, how big the project is as well as how much information you give me.
if you leave things up to me you automatically accept any outcomes and I will only do small adjustments.
i will do regular revisions with you on finished parts.
i reserve the right to deny any commission request.
